Join us for a Live ZOOM Webinar on Thursday, March 9, 2023, for a free “Hugelkultur” workshop hosted by Upper San Gabriel Valley MWD. This horticultural practice creates raised planting beds constructed of woody material and other compostable biomass. Attendees will learn:
- What is Hugelkultur and why consider it
- Criteria and considerations in determining whether hugelkultur makes sense for your landscape
- Siting and sizing hugels
- Maintenance and troubleshooting
The class is free, but advance registration is required.
